| Hamsun Chang holds a PE (professional engineer) license in addition to real estate property management, business sale, and general brokerage licenses. In 1990, he was transferred by a national corporation to China and developed and managed several well-known buildings there. After staying in China for 10 years, he decided to return to the U.S. for his wife's immigration position. Hamsun Chang is an asset to NREC's global division. His global vision on both economics and management guides NREC to explore every international business opportunity.
