| Jacqueline Chang was raised in Vietnam and finished her college education in Taiwan. She represented the Taiwanese government in an initial business relationship with Vietnam in 1970. Before she joined the real estate business, she was a commercial loan officer for over 15 years both in Taiwan and the United States.
