| Mr. Low is a recent Nevada resident and graduated from Stanford University with a bachelor’s degree in economics in 1996. Mr. Low holds an active real estate license in the state of Nevada and Washington. His prior professional experiences includes management consultation in the healthcare and high-tech fields in Silicon Valley and Seattle, as well as being the Vice President of Credit and Lending at a major international commercial bank in New York City, overseeing the banks' client portfolio valued in the mid-eight figures.
