| Mr. Gaughan has lived in Las Vegas since 1979. He has over ten years of experience in land, commercial, and residential real estate in the Las Vegas market and has transacted over $250 million dollars worth of properties. Mr. Gaughan is currently the Managing Broker of Nevada Real Estate Corporation. Prior to his real estate career, Mr. Gaughan served in the first Gulf War (Desert Shield and Desert Storm) with the US Army. After his tour of duty, Mr. Gaughan returned to Las Vegas and entered the gaming industry and held casino management positions at the Binion's Horseshoe and Rio Hotel and Casino.
