Residential Property Management Fee Schedule
1.Initial for Rent:$250 if the new rental property starts without existing Tenants
2.System Set Up Fees:$250 for the first month only when the property begins to generate rents
(first month management fees are waived)
3.Monthly Management Fess:8% after the first month (i.e. start the second month)
4.Actual Expenses with Receipts from Vendors:
a. Advertising Fee: A $40 deposit is required from Landlord in front b. Referral Fee: Pay to the real estate agents who bring in Tenants c. Sign Fess:$25 if a free standing sign pole is applied d. Repairs & Cleaning: Property Manager to obtain the approval from Landlord if the estimate is greater than $100
